  • Q.1. How can I register my accommodation in clicktohotel.com?

    A.1. Everyone who owns/manages hotels, motels, hostels, guest houses, bed and breakfasts, and/or self-catering accommodations can register it/them in clicktohotel.com by following these four steps: a) Go to the home page of our web site and click "Add your hotel" from the menu. b) Choose the type of membership you would like your accommodation to be listed under. c) Click on the button of the desired membership, fill in the registration form and submit it. d) Proceed with payment.

    Q.2. Can I register my accommodation in more than one category?

    A.2. Accommodations cannot be registered in more than one category because they will appear twice in the search results for a specified location. Since we are committed to providing equal rights to all accommodation on our web site, duplicate entries are not allowed.

    Q.3. Can an accommodation property be listed if it does not have a web page?

    A.3. Yes, the property can be listed even if it does not have a web page - our webmaster will create one.

    Q.4. What is the difference between the subscription levels?

    A.4. Gold : This is the first type that is shown in the hotel list. The priority of listing the hotels depends on the data of adding to the system. In this type you can add the two images of hotel in the registration process and edit them every time you login by username and password . The price of this service is 60$ p/y. 2) Silver: This is second type that is shown in the hotel list. The priority of listing the hotels depends on the data of adding to the system. In this type you can add image of hotel in the registration process and edit them every time you login by username and password. The price of this service is 30$ p/y. 3) Bronze: This is third type that is shown in the hotel list. The priority of listing the hotels depends on the data of adding to the system. . The price of this service is 15$ p/y.

    Q.5. Can I submit pictures?

    A.5. Gold members can choose and send us two photos of property that will appear in the advertisement box in the listings next to the contact and location details. Silver members can send us a photo of property that appears on the advertisement box. In case you want us to upload the picture and the logo, you have to send us the files.

    Q.6. What is the reservation procedure?

    A.6. The visitor of ClickToHotel sends a reservation request directly to the e-mail address of the advertised accommodation property by visiting property's own web page (i.e. via the web site of the property). The accommodation personnel responds to the visitor's own e-mail address to confirm availability - ClickToHotel does not interfere in any manner in communication between visitor and property. Therefore any complaint of the visitor should be brought to the attention of the property management and not to ClickToHotel. However, the visitor may send an informative message in case the conditions of the advertised property do not correspond to the content of its web page.

    Q.7. How is the registration payment made?

    A.7. Clicktohotel.com uses a secure gateway for online payments;Secured online payment is provided by 2CheckOut.com, Inc. 2CheckOut.com system accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Dinners, JCB and debit cards with the Visa and MasterCard logo. Link for payment online will be sent out with the confirmation e-mail. However, if the property owner prefers to pay by bank transfer, he should contact us.

    Q.8. When will my accommodation appear online after I make the payment and for how long it will stay listed?

    A.8. Your accommodation will appear in three to five business days from the date of payment. The administration account becomes active once your property is online. The accommodation stays listed for one calendar year.

    Q.9. Do you work with commissions and are there any hidden fees I should know about?

    A.9. Since we aim at providing direct contact between you and the people looking for accommodation we do not participate in any communication between you and them. We neither work with commissions on bookings nor put additional/hidden fees. There is only one-time flat-rate annual fee to be listed with a chosen type of membership in clicktohotel.com.

    Q.10. I cannot find my city/town/village in the location list. Can I still register my accommodation?

    A.10. Yes, when we register your accommodation the city/town/village will appear in the list.

    Q.11. Can I register my property in more than one city/town/village?

    A.11. This is not allowed since it will provide misleading information. Register your accommodation under the city/town/village where it is really located. Registering an accommodation under a bigger city/town that is nearby the actual location is not tolerated

    Q.12. The form does not accept my e-mail, phone number, zip code, etc. What should I do?

    A.12. This is due to using improper characters in the registration form. You can use only English alphabetical characters in it. Avoid using special characters like commas, slashes, apostrophes, quotation marks, &, dashes, stresses, etc.
