Once the payment is received and an invoice is issued, all the fees for the registration of accommodations become non-refundable. You understand and agree that the services may include certain communications from clicktohotel.com, such as service announcements, administrative messages and others, and that these communications are considered part of clicktohotel.com membership and you will not be able to opt out of receiving them. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the above stated services shall be subject to this Agreement. You understand and agree that the services are provided on "as-is" terms and that clicktohotel.com assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, miss-delivery or failure to store any user communications. Clicktohotel.com services or third parties provide, links to other World Wide Web sites or resources.

You acknowledge and agree that clicktohotel.com is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any Content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. (b) deletion of your password (if you have such) and all related information, files and content associated with or inside your membership (or any part thereof), and
(c) barring further use of the Service. Further, you agree that all terminations for cause shall be made in clicktohotel.com's sole discretion and that clicktohotel.com will not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your account, any associated email address, or access to the Service.

Upon completing the registration process for any of the services mentioned above all members, will receive a username and password, comprising their account on clicktohotel.com web site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. Clicktohotel.com has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete; clicktohotel.com has the right to suspend or terminate the member account and refuse any and all current or future use of the services.
When you finish registration process or every time you modify your hotel information, it takes about three to six days to be accepted by the website

Applicants and users agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless clicktohotel.com, its owners and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising applicant's use of or listing in the services, the acceptance or rejection of applicant's suggested site, any alleged violation of this Agreement, or any alleged violation of any rights of others.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Neither this Agreement nor any documentation furnished under it is intended to express or imply any warranty that the services will be uninterrupted, timely or error free. clicktohotel.com, its owners and employees shall not be liable, under any circumstances or legal theories, whatsoever, for any loss of business, profits or goodwill, loss of use or data, interruption of business, or for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any character, even if clicktohotel.com is aware of the risk of such damages that result in any way from applicant's use or inability to use these services. Under this agreement clicktohotel.com's liability to an applicant shall not, for any reason, exceed the amount actually paid by applicant to clicktohotel.com. Clicktohotel.com does not collect information regarding its web visitors looking for accommodation.
All the information they submit is received directly by the accommodation they have chosen. From the member accommodations we require e-mail address, web site address and accommodation name. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways other than disclosed in this statement.
clicktohotel.com has the right to use all material entered into these Web pages (other than third-party material transmitted through private electronic mail) in any of clicktohotel.com's electronic publications.
